TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS
Our Shipping Rates are exclusive of import duties, customs and taxes. Local taxes, duties or fees may be payable upon receipt of your package. We recommend researching the applicable customs and duties information specific to your shipping destination. Customs thresholds differ from region to region.
TOLU COKER are not responsible for any additional charges you may incur from customs.
If you reside within the EU, you will be required to pay the local VAT rate due in your country and duties may also be charged.
TOLU COKER has no control over customs, duties and other government-imposed tax charges. You may wish to contact the relevant Customs authorities for clarification before placing an order.
By ordering from us, you accept responsibility over any such charges.
Other Shipping Information
Standard orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days after confirmation of your order, except pre-orders, which are dependent on lead-time.
Please note that pre-order items are made-to-order and as such have longer lead times. Pre-order items will dispatch 6-8 weeks following your order confirmation.
We shall notify you of any available tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We shall notify you if we experience a delay with dispatching your order as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the delay.
We shall not be liable for any delays that are beyond our control.
Should there be any substantial delay or issue with your delivery, please contact sales@tolucoker.com for help in resolving the problem.
Please note international deliveries which face shipping delays due to custom checks are beyond our control. There may also be additional customs or import duties applied to your order upon delivery, based on your chosen delivery destination. TOLU COKER does not bear responsibility for any such charges and can not predict what they may be.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your order and love your product(s) as much as we do. However, if you are unhappy with your product(s), please submit a request for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order to sales@tolucoker.com
Pre-order, Custom, Made-to-order, Sale, and Promotional Orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Please note that product(s) should not be returned without submitting a return request to sales@tolucoker.com. We reserve the right to refuse any unannounced returns.
Only items purchased and fulfilled directly from www.tolucoker.uk website may be returned through this process.
We are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on product(s) purchase through one of our retail partners or stockists. f you have purchased from one of our stockists then please take up returns with the company through which it was purchased.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, in a resalable condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. If items do not meet the above requirements and/or are deemed to have been worn, used or laundered, we are not able to approve a return.
Upon acknowledgement of your returns or exchange request, have 14 days for your product(s) to be returned for inspection. Any items received out of these windows will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender, except in exceptional circumstances, which we reserve the right to determine at our discretion.
We do not currently offer free returns or exchanges and return responsibility is that of the customer.
In the event that customs or import duties need to be paid for an international exchange on its return to us, these charges are to be responsibility of the customer. Please consult product size guides before purchasing, to minimise the risk of need for return or exchange.
In the instance of international exchanges, new replacement items will only be dispatched after import/duties charges have been paid. In the event the customer does not reimburse these custom duties, a refund for the order value, minus custom charges and any other deductible charges will be issued.
The cost of returning an item and any incurred customs/duties is your responsibility, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service and obtain proof of postage. Please take reasonable care to ensure that items are returned safely and are not damaged in transit and include the original packaging.
Once we receive your return we will process it as soon as possible. Please note, that your bank or credit card company may take 7-10 business days to credit your account with a refund.
Please note that the original shipping cost is not refunded unless the original item received was damaged or faulty.
Refunds and exchanges are at Tolu Coker discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse any order, return or exchange requests for any reason. This does not affect your consumer rights.
Faulty, Incorrect and Damaged Products
All our products are thoroughly quality checked before the order is issued to the customer, however if for any reason your product(s) are faulty upon arrival then please contact us immediately at sales@tolucoker.com. When the returned product(s) are received by us additional quality checks will be carried out and if it does not meet our above requirements then the product(s) will be returned to the sender.
If you would like to request an exchange, this is at our discretion and subject to availability. Where an exchange is due to a default or an error on behalf of TOLU COKER, we shall cover postage for the exchange.
